Roast at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.

In a crock-pot, place carrots, onions and meat.
Put potatoes around meat.
Mix in 2 cups of water, gravy mix and onion soup mix; stir well.
Pour over meat and veggies.
Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours or high 4 to 5 hours.
(When you feed the dogs, share some carrots.
After all, they have smelled this cooking all day!!)
