Easy Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    diced carrots and potatoes
    small pot roast
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    lots of salt and pepper
    1 onion, diced
Preparation
    Place roast in casserole dish. Fill with water to 1-inch from top of dish. Add Worcestershire sauce and lots of salt and pepper. Cut up onion and place in water. Cook at 325\u00b0 for 5 hours. Add diced carrots and potatoes; cook 1 hour longer and serve.
