Easy Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 lb. pot roast
salt
m.s.g.
garlic powder
onions
potatoes
carrots (optional)
Preparation

Place roast on large piece of foil.
Rub both sides with salt, m.s.g. and garlic powder.
Slice onion and dice (large pieces) the potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt.
Layer onions and potatoes over roast and wrap securely in foil.
Place inside crock-pot on low before leaving in morning.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
May wrap carrots in separate piece of foil over meat package and combine when serving.
