Easy Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    3 1/2 lb. beef pot roast
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    6 carrots, sliced
    5 potatoes, quartered
Preparation
    In hot 12-inch\tDutch oven pour in oil and brown roast. Drain off oil.
    Add
    soup
    mix, canned soup, carrots and potatoes.
    Cook covered
    for
    1
    1/2
    hours
    with 12 coals on the bottom only. Replenish coals as necessary.
