Cook up spaghetti noodles; drain.

Cut the polish sausage into slices, and then

TO MAKE BASIC PORK SAUSAGE RECIPE: Place ground pork into a large bowl. Measure and distribute ingredient items evenly over pork. Wearing kitchen gloves, combine mixture using hands until thoroughly blended. Brown pork sausage in skillet, or cook according to recipe directions.

Peel and slice onions; slice Polish sausage.
Layer potatoes, onions, cabbage, then Polish sausage.
Add another layer of everything, but end with cabbage this time.

In large saucepan, cut Polish sausage into 1/2-inch slices. Then add remaining ingredients.
Cook on medium for about 30 minutes, then simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook Polish sausage in skillet to brown a bit.
Drain off fat. Cut into 1/4-inch slices.
Mix with other ingredients and cook in microwave for 5 minutes.
Then cook 15 minutes more at Medium power.
Stir occasionally.
Serve warm with toothpicks or on small plates.
