Polish Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Polish sausage
    2 1/2 c. potatoes, sliced up
    1/3 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of celery, mushroom or chicken soup
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 c. green peppers (optional)
    1/4 c. pimento (optional)
Preparation
    Cook up spaghetti noodles; drain.
    Add butter, salt and Parmesan cheese to taste.
    Boil Polish sausage, slice up, add to noodles and sprinkle parsley flakes on.
    Fast, easy and delicious!
