Hot Polish Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Polish sausage
1 large (24 oz.) jar chunky applesauce
2 large onions, sliced
1 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Cook Polish sausage in skillet to brown a bit.
Drain off fat. Cut into 1/4-inch slices.
Mix with other ingredients and cook in microwave for 5 minutes.
Then cook 15 minutes more at Medium power.
Stir occasionally.
Serve warm with toothpicks or on small plates.
