For cake: Mix all ingredients together by hand.
Pour into greased 9x13x2 inch pan.
If using glass pan, bake at 325 degrees.
Otherwise, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Check for doneness using toothpick.
For icing: Mix all ingredients together and frost cool cake.
Keep in refrigerator.
Will keep for a long time.
Save egg yolks for icing.
Mix dry ingredients in smaller bowl.
Add shortening, sugars, egg whites, and whole egg and add to oatmeal mixture.
Add dry ingredients.
Add vanilla and mix thoroughly.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Top with Oatmeal Cake Icing (recipe follows).
Cake:
Cream the oil, carrots, sugar, pineapple, eggs and vanilla.
Add flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
Add pecans and coconut.
Combine dry mix with creamed mix.
Pour into lightly greased 13\" x 9\" pan.
Bake the cake at 325 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
Cake icing:
Cream all the ingredients together until creamy. Toast some nuts and coconut and add to creamed mixture.Spread on cooled cake.
Decorate as desired.

Put layer of graham crackers, layer
of pudding mixture, layer of graham crackers, layer

mixture and layer of graham crackers.
Then top
with
chocolate
cake icing. Chill for 2 hours, then serve.
Mix pudding, powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan, 1 layer graham cracker crumbs, 1 layer pudding mix, 1 layer graham cracker crumbs and 1 layer pudding mix.
Top with milk chocolate cake icing.

Cut each cube in half, and spread one surface with jam and cream. Sandwich together.
Sift icing sugar and cocoa together into a large heatproof bowl. Stir in milk and butter.
Place icing over a saucepan of gently simmering water and heat gently, stirring, until icing sugar dissolves and mixture is smooth and runny (of coating consistency).
Using a fork, dip each cake piece into chocolate icing, draining off excess. Roll in coconut to coat. Place on a wire rack and leave to set. Store in an airtight container.

Mix cake mix, oranges and juice, eggs and oil in electric mixer until orange slices are broken up and batter is fluffy - about 3 minutes.

Blend pineapple and juice, dessert topping and dry pudding mix until well mixed. Keep under refrigeration until used.

Sift the icing sugar into a large bowl
Grease 15cm x 25cm loaf pan or 24cm round cake tin.
Combine ingredients in a large bowl, stir well. Pour mixture into pan.
Bake in moderate (180C) oven ~1 hour.
Stand cake 5 minutes, turn onto wire rack to cool.
Frosting.
Beat cream cheese, butter and lemon until light and fluffy, gradually beat in icing sugar.
Spread cake with frosting.
Bake cake in baking pan by directions on box.
While cake is still hot, poke holes in top of cake, pour whole can of Eagle Brand milk over cake.
It will soak into cake.

Lightly grease an 8 inch cake pan and line with parchment
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Gease and flour a 9x13 baking dish.
Cake:
Combine cake mix with four eggs,2/3 cup oil, 2/3 cup milk and 1 tsp cinnamon. Pour into prepared cake pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
Crumb topping:
Sift 3 3/4 cups flour, white sugar and remaining tsp of cinnamon together. Add brown sugar, vanilla and 3 sticks of room temperature butter to flour mixture. Combined with pastry cutter or fork until coarse and crumbly. Top cake with this crumb mixture and continue to bake for 20 minutes.
Combine the gelatin and cake mix, mixing together well.
Add oil, eggs, water, and lemon extract; mixing together.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake according to cake mix package directions.
(You may choose to use a pan size other than 9x13).
For the frosting:
Mix together the lemon juice and powdered sugar.
After the cake has baked, but is still warm, ice with the frosting.
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 9-inch round cake pan. Prepare basic biscuits, rolling dough into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
Sprinkle evenly over dough.
Roll up, jelly roll fashion, beginning with long side.
Slice into 1/2-inch slices. Place slices into prepared pan.
