For cake: Mix all ingredients together by hand.
Pour into greased 9x13x2 inch pan.
If using glass pan, bake at 325 degrees.
Otherwise, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Check for doneness using toothpick.
For icing: Mix all ingredients together and frost cool cake.
Keep in refrigerator.

Prepare 2 large
In a medium bowl, combine soup mix, sour cream and mayo.
Stir in spinach and water chestnuts.
Cover and chill.
To serve, scoop out the center of the round Hawaiian bread and tear into bite size pieces for dipping.
Fill the center of the bread with the dip and arrange the pieces of bread around the outside.
Can also be served with rye bread, if desired.

You can also heat
Blend eggs. milk, butter, sugar and spices in bowl.
Dip bread slices in milk mixture and lay on cookie sheet lined with foil.
If you have any milk mixture left over, just pour it on top of the bread slices.
Broil under your broiler, about 3 inches from heat source, about 2 -4 minutes each side, until browned to your liking.
Sprinkle with chopped macadamia nuts, and serve with coconut syrup and/or maple syrup.
