Mix powdered sugar and milk.
Drizzle over rolls and let sit 15 minutes.

Mix cake mix and yeast in bowl.
Add salt and gradually stir in warm water, then flour and mix.
Cover for one hour.
Divide dough into 3 equal parts.
Roll out to a 24 x 10-inch rectangle. Spread surface with softened butter.
