Spicy BBQ Sauce: Heat oil in pot
Add onions, chicken, beef, pork, corn, BBQ sauce and hot sauce to a crock pot or slow cooker.
Break up whole tomatoes into chunks and add along with all liquid to mixture.
Add crushed tomatoes to mixture.
Add 2 cups water and stir.
Cover and set cooker on low. Cook for 4 to 5 hours.
Add diced potatoes (drained) and cook for 1 more hour.
Serve with buttermilk cornbread or garlic bread.

Mix crushed tomatoes, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, parsley and paprika in a large bowl.
Put meatballs in crock pot and pour sauce over them.

In a sauce pan, mix BBQ sauce and jelly, heat together until jelly is melted.
If you're cooking the meat balls on the stove, heat the sauce and jelly in a pan large enough to hold all meat balls and sauce.
I use a crock pot, place the meat ball in a 3 or 4 qt crock pot, pour sauce over the balls, cook on high for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Turn down on low and continue to heat. Serve hot.
Combine garlic, seasoning salt, pepper and cayenne pepper; rub into roast. Place roast in large Dutch oven and fill half way with water. Add onion. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat. In a large nonstick skillet, brown the onions a few minutes, then add beef and continue to brown untilt he meat is fully cooked; drain fat.
Add salt to taste, pepper, and BBQ sauce, sitrring to coat, let simmer on fairly low heat about 5-10 minutes.
Spoom hot meat mixture on top of bottom half of each bun, top with a slice of cheese and red bell pepper ring on each, then top with other half of bun.
