In a saucepan, combine the ketchup, tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, honey and molasses.
Add all the remaining spices.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for approximately 10-15 minutes or until the desired consistency is obtained.
Freeze any remaining barbecue sauce.
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all 'Dixie Mix' ingredients.
Dip the chicken pieces in the egg, then coat with Dixie Mix.
Heat Crisco over medium-high.

Make two slits about an inch and a half apart down the side of the cup.
This will be the tongue of the shoe.
Along each side of the tongue, punch holes for the \"shoe laces\".
Run ribbon through the holes in the same way you would lace a pair of shoes.
Tie in a bow and fill with mints, nuts, or whatever you like.
Note: If you use Dixie cups, to keep the holes from ripping when laces are tied a little clear nail polish can be applied, but let dry before threading the laces.
Mix batter as for cupcakes.
Bake in greased and floured cone-shaped Dixie cups.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.

Next add baking soda, salt, baking powder i1/2 mix well.
Add sour cream i1/2mix well.
Add flour one cup at a time, once get to six cups only add a little at a time till you get the right consistency (use aprx. 6.5 cups).
Put in freezer or fridge for a little while to make easier to handle.

Beat eggs thoroughly. Add sugar and corn syrup. Add butter, salt, vanilla and pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 and bake an hour.
Dredge pork in flour.
Brown in oil until done.
Remove from pan.
For sauce, saute onion in drippings.
Mix sugar and cornstarch.
Add water, vinegar, soy sauce and pineapple liquid. Cook over low heat.
Stir until thick.
Serve on skewers.
In large sauce pan, melt margarine.
Add sugar and blend thoroughly.
In small bowl, beat eggs until combined and add to margarine and sugar in sauce pan.
Add vanilla and blend.
In medium bowl, stir together dry ingredients.
Add 1/3 at a time, stirring thoroughly.
Spread into 13 x 9 pan which ahs been sprayed with Pam.
Sprinkle with about a cup of chocolate chips. Add nuts, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, don't overbake!
Melt butter and chocolate in pan on low heat.
Sift the powdered sugar into the melted mixture, then add milk and blend until well mixed.
Add salt, vanilla and chopped nuts.
Press into a buttered pan.
Chill and cut in squares.

Recipe yields about 35 squares.
Stir ingredients together with a small whisk until smooth and of a good drizzling consistency.
Drizzle over cooled cake. Yields glaze for one cake.
Preheat oven to 300 and line the bottom of a large baking pan with a damp kitchen cloth.
Bring a large pot of water to boil.
Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Add sugar and cream until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time blending each until smooth.
Sift flour then add to creamed mixture.
Add vanilla. Pour into a 12-inch tube pan and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Allow to cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan to continue cooling.

Peel, seed and slice the squash.
Steam in small amount of water until tender.
Drain and mash with fork until no lumps are left.
While squash is hot, add butter and let melt.
Add all ingredients and
mix well.
Pour into a greased baking dish and bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or just until pudding is congealed. Serve warm.
Makes about 6 servings.
Pumpkin or sweet potatoes may be used.
Beat sugar and butter until light; add lemon peel.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add milk and juice; beat well.
Combine flour, soda and salt.
Add to batter. Add nuts.
Mix until just blended.
Turn into two greased and floured loaf pans, 9 x 5 x 3-inches.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or until done.
Cool on rack.
Remove from pans and cool completely.
Garnish with roses if desired.
