Creme Brulee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. white sugar
    1 pinch salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 egg yolks
    4 Tbsp. white sugar (Dixie Crystals works best)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300 and line the bottom of a large baking pan with a damp kitchen cloth.
    Bring a large pot of water to boil.
