Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
    flour for dredging
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 can (13 1/4 oz.) chunk pineapple
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. Dixie Crystals light brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Dredge pork in flour.
    Brown in oil until done.
    Remove from pan.
    For sauce, saute onion in drippings.
    Mix sugar and cornstarch.
    Add water, vinegar, soy sauce and pineapple liquid. Cook over low heat.
    Stir until thick.
    Serve on skewers.
