NOTE: My recipe for the diabetic sweetened condensed milk makes 1 cup. Make as much as you need and store the extra in the fridge in a covered dish. Also, if you are on a VERY strict diabetic diet, use only 1/2 of the chips.
Mix the pudding mix, milk, and sweetened condensed milk and blend well.
Fold in the whipped topping, bananas, and white chocolate chips.
Refrigerate overnight. Serve in individual serving cups. Garnish with white chocolate chips and vanilla wafers.

Slowly add together.
Pour into waffle maker.
After the batter is in the waffle maker, you can add fruit or chocolate chips onto the batter. And close the top.
Sift dry ingredients three times, set aside.
Separate whites from yolks of eggs.
Beat whites until stiff.
Beat yolks in mixing bowl.
Add milk until blended.
Add dry ingredients, beat until smooth.
Add melted shortening and beat until well blended. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Put 4 to 6 tablespoons of batter into waffle maker.
Cook according to waffle maker's instructions.
Makes 5 to 6 waffles.

Combine egg yolks and milk; stir into dry ingredients.
Stir in cooking oil.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Carefully fold in egg whites, leaving a few little fluffs.

Put all ingredients in a blender.
Cover and mix only until flour is moistened.
Pour into waffle iron which has been coated with vegetable spray.
Put dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Beat milk, oil and eggs with a wire whisk.\tMix everything together until smooth. Cook in electric waffle iron.
Place chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Distribute between waffle bowls.
Add 2 tbsp lemon curd to each waffle bowl. Top with ice cream and berries. Freeze until ready to serve. Just before serving, garnish with fresh mint.

Pre-heat oven
Place all ingredients in the blender and process on high until smooth.
NOTE: I had to add more milk than the recipe called for, as mine was too thick.
Take out ice cream to slightly soften while preparing waffle.
Toast (or make) waffle to your liking.
At the same time, heat up hot fudge and caramel (or any other toppings you would like to use).
To assemble, place waffle on plate.
Add scoop(s) of ice on top of waffle.
Drizzle with hot fudge and caramel (or desired toppings).
Top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Top with maraschino cherry.
Enjoy immediately!
