Chocolate Sorbet In Waffle Bowls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup sugar
    6 oz semi-sweet chocolate. finely chopped
    4 None waffle bowls
    None None Strawberries or raspberries, to serve
Preparation
    Combine sugar and 1 1/3 cups water in a small saucepan on medium heat. Cook and stir for 2 mins or until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to high. Bring to a boil. Boil, without stirring, for 1 min. Remove from heat.
    Add chocolate to syrup; stir until melted. Strain chocolate mixture through a fine sieve into a loaf pan. Cool to room temperature. Freeze for 3 hours or until firm. Chop sorbet. Place in food processor. Process until lighter in color and smooth. Return mixture to pan; freeze for 3 hours or until firm.
    Serve scoops of sorbet in waffle bowls with berries.
