Rinse roast and pat dry. Sprinkle the onion soup mix in the bottom of crock-pot. Add roast. Spoon cranberry sauce over and around roast. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours. Remove roast while thickening gravy. Turn on high. Blend soft butter and flour into a paste and whisk into gravy. Cover and cook 10 minutes on high until thick. Slice roast into 1/4-inch slices and serve with gravy. Slices can be frozen in gravy in plastic freezer bags.
Place all ingredients in crock pot and set on low for 10 hours.
baste every few hours if desired. I also flip mine half way through. during last hour turn on high. during last 5 minutes add cornstarch and water until gravy is desired thickness. serve.
Trim all excess fat from roast.
Mince 1 onion, the garlic, celery and salt pork.
Lightly flour roast; rub with minced mixture.
Slice remaining onion; place in crock-pot.
Place roast on onion.
Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 12 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings (about 3 1/2 quarts).

Cook on high for 2 hours.
Turn to low and cook 2 to 3 hours more.
Layer 1/2 of the sauerkraut, 1/2 of the onion slices, sprinkle 1/2 of the caraway seeds and 1/2 of the apples on the bottom of the crock pot.
Brown (optional) the roast on top of the stove and place on top.
Layer the remaining ingredients (including the juice from sauerkraut).
Wash and pierce potatoes once and arrange around the roast.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Mix soups and water in crock-pot. Add roast. Cook all day.
If using rump roast, simply place all ingredients into crock pot. Whisk corn starch

Cut the visible fat from the rump roast. Place the roast in a large crock pot.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a 2-cup measure and bring to boil a microwave.
Pour over the roast in the crock pot. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Cool before slicing.
Chill au jus to remove the fat.
Combine the sliced meat and au jus and reheat before serving.
May also be cooked in oven: combine as above in Dutch oven. Cook 4-5 hours at 275-300 degrees.

Put the beef, garlic, rosemary, bay leaves, gluten free soy sauce, and water in the crock pot on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8 hours or until very tender.
Carefully remove beef from crockpot and shred with a fork. Or if it falls apart, just do your best to take out chunks and shred those.
Assemble your sandwich using gluten free sandwich bread or buns and add gluten free BBQ sauce to taste. (or serve with rice).

(I find it easier to mix the ingredients before pouring over roast.)
Turn crock-pot on high until cooking well.
Turn to low and let cook 10 to 12 hours, or until desired doneness.

Mix remaining ingredients in small saucepan and bring to boil.
Pour over roast.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove roast from crock-pot and shred meat.
Put back in crock-pot until ready to serve.
Makes 6 to 8 sandwiches.
Cook rump roast in crock-pot until almost done, using only about 4 cups of water or more if needed.
Add onion, pepper, salt, carrots and potatoes.
Finish cooking until done.
Add your tomatoes last; let simmer for 15 minutes and enjoy!
Heat crock pot to Warm (10-12 hrs) Low (7-8 hrs).
Cut up red onion, carrots, celery and potatoes and put all of it EXCEPT 1/2 THE ONION in bottom of crock pot with 1/4 cup water.
Place roast on top of veggies.
Crush and press garlic over roast.
Put other 1/2 of onion atop the roast.
Chop cilantro and surround atop/around roast.
Sprinkle sage atop roast.
Gently disperse entire 5oz PickaPeppa sauce all over roast and around edge of veggies.
Cook according to time allotted above.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Place onions in bottom of crock-pot, then place roast on top of onions. Mix Coke and next 7 ingredients. Reserve 1 cup and refrigerate. Pour rest of sauce over roast. Cover with lid and cook by times indicated. When done, remove and shred with forks. Combine reserved sauce (1 cup), ketchup and butter. Heat and serve.
