Easy Crock-Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can tomato juice (individual serving size)
    au jus gravy mix pkg.
    crock-pot size beef roast (approximately 3 lb. roast)
    potatoes and carrots, quartered (if desired)
    1/2 sliced onion
Preparation
    Place
    vegetables
    in
    bottom
    of crock-pot. Add roast. Pour tomato
    juice over roast.
    Sprinkle au jus mix and onion over roast. Cover.
    Cook on high for 2 hours.
    Turn to low and cook 2 to 3 hours more.
