Cotton Candy Ice Cream

Fill one 1/2-gallon-size resealable plastic bag with 1 package cotton candy, 1 cup milk, and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract; seal bag.
Fill one 1-gallon-size resealable plastic bag with 3 cups ice and 3 tablespoons rock salt. Place the sealed bag with cotton candy mixture into the filled 1-gallon bag. Seal the 1-gallon bag; shake until a firm ice cream forms, about 20 minutes. Repeat with remaining ingredients and bags.

Cotton Candy Cosmo

Put the cotton candy in the martini glass.
Put the rest of the ingredients in a shaker and shake well.
Pour cocktail over the cotton candy, it dissolves instantly so present the glass before pouring.
Enjoy!

Rice Krispies Cupcakes With Cotton Candy

Grease a 12-cup mini muffin pan.
Combine butter, honey and sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir until butter melts and sugar dissolves. Increase heat and simmer for 3-4 mins, until golden and bubbling. Add Rice Krispies and stir to combine. Distribute between muffin recesses and press down firmly. Let cool. Store in an airtight container.
To serve, top with a dollop of vanilla frosting and cotton candy.

Cookbook Quickies

Cut out centers of Cookbook Brown 'N Serve rolls.
Fill with mixture of chicken or tuna salad.
Place in hot oven at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
Serve with punch.

Cotton Candy Lemonade

Strain the lemon juice into a large serving container or pitcher, removing the seeds and pith. Stir in the sugar until dissolved.
Add 4 cups cold water and continue stirring until well combined. Add the lemon slices. Just before serving, add ice into cups and pour 1 cup lemonade into each. Stir or swirl 1/2 to 3/4 cup pink cotton candy into each glass of lemonade until dissolved.

Country Crock Scalloped Potatoes

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Coat bottom of a 1 1/2-quart baking dish with 1 tablespoon Shedd's Spread Country Crock.
Cover the bottom with potato slices.
Scatter half the onion on top.
Spoon half the cheese evenly on top of onions.
Dot with remaining Country Crock.
Repeat process.
Salt and pepper.
Pour chicken broth over all.
Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.

Chop onion. Cut up bacon and fry until crisp.
Add onion, crisp bacon, 2 tablespoons bacon drippings, sugar, mustard, catsup and garlic salt to beans in a 3-quart casserole.
Cover mixture with country-style pork ribs. Cover and bake 3 to 4 hours at 350\u00b0. Makes 6 servings.

Oven Baked Mesquite Country Ribs

Marinate the country style ribs in the commercial marinade (I use Lawry's) for at least 2 hours inside a gallon-sized plastic baggie in the fridge.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Foil-wrap a baking sheet.
Place the ribs on the baking sheet, Sprinkle the S&P and other spices on the two ribs.
Bake on the middle shelf for 45 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes.
Serve.

Cheddar Broccoli And Chicken Casserole From Country Crock®

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt 2 tablespoons Country Crock(R) Spread in large nonstick skillet and saute broccoli and red bell pepper until crisp tender. Whisk milk and flour in large bowl. Add chicken, cooked vegetables, 2 cups cheese, and onion powder; toss to mix. Pour into 8-inch baking dish.
Combine panko crumbs, remaining 1 tablespoon Spread and remaining 1/4 cup cheese in small cup. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until crumbs are golden and mixture is bubbly around edges.

Smoked Turkey And Country Ham Salad Sandwich

In a large mixing bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients; taste salad.
Carefully season to taste (if needed) with salt and pepper--country ham is plenty salty so you may not need any salt.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
Spread about 1 cup salad on bottom half of toasted rolls; top with a few crisp lettuce leaves, cover with roll tops and serve.

Bbq Country Style Ribs

Mix liquid smoke, chili powder, vinegar, garlic salt and water in a roaster pan or electric skillet.
Add country style ribs. Cover, place in oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours (or 350 degrees on electric skillet).
Remove and drain liquid. Pour BBQ sauce over ribs and place in oven (skillet) 1/2 hour to 1 hour - remove and enjoy.
Can use a crockpot.

Mexican Beef And Corn Casserole From Country Crock®

Preheat oven to 400 degrees . Cook ground beef in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is done, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, then stir in cilantro.
Combine black beans, corn and Country Crock(R) Spread in 8-inch baking dish. Top with beef mixture; spread with salsa and sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 20 minutes or until heated though and cheese is melted.

Special Country Ham

Put country ham in a 9
x 13-inch baking dish and add 3/4 to 1 can of Coke and brown sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Country Ham Balls

Mix all together to make a stiff dough. Oops! First chop country ham in food processor. To make dough, hands work best. Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.

Country-Style Rib Sauce

Combine all ingredients into bowl; stir well.
Put 6 pounds of country-style ribs into pan.
Pour mixture over ribs.
Marinade overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Put ribs on grill. Baste until done.

Country Style Ribs

Place 4 pounds country style ribs in large pan; add enough water to cover.
Cover; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; cook 1 hour. Remove ribs; drain.
Place bone side down on grill 3 inches from medium coals.
Cook about 30 minutes, turning frequently.
