Fry sausage and 1/2 of onion; add venison (beef).
Drain off any fat.
Mince onion and fry with meat.
Add canned vegetables and water.
Add spices.
Simmer all day.
Cool in refrigerator. Reheat and serve the next day.

Drain grease off (if any).
Add to beef, beans, tomato sauce and water.

Add tomato juice, tomato sauce, sugar and salt. Simmer for 2 hours (more or less).

Cook 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve with onions, cheese, cilantro and additional picante sauce.

Put celery and onion in food processor and shred.
Put in onion, celery, tomato paste and tomatoes.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add chili hot beans and simmer at least 30 minutes.

In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef and ground pork sausage with garlic and onion.
Add bell pepper and smoke sausage chunks.
Cook 5 to 10 minutes longer over medium heat. Reduce to low and drain fat.
Blend in spices and tomatoes.
Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
Stir in kidney beans.
In a bowl, blend some of the bean liquid with cornmeal to consistency similar to pancake batter.
Mix with chili and simmer another 5 to 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Serve with hot corn bread.
Brown the turkey in a large pot and drain any liquids.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until everything is equally distributed. Cover and cook on medium to high heat until onions & peppers are soft, mixing often.
