John'S Steak Chili(Chili Cook Off Entry - 1994) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. KC strip steaks
1/2 medium onion
2 stalks celery
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
4 (16 oz.) cans chili hot beans
1 Tbsp. garlic pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Have your steaks cubed and cut up into small chunks.
Brown in a 4-quart Dutch oven; add spices and simmer 20 minutes.
Put celery and onion in food processor and shred.
Put in onion, celery, tomato paste and tomatoes.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add chili hot beans and simmer at least 30 minutes.
Stir often.
May add more chili powder to taste.
