Quick Crepes

Mix the commercial pancake mix in a large bowl, using 1/4 to 1/8 cup more liquid than called for in the instructions.
Grease a large cast-iron frypan with margarine or butter and set on medium heat.
Ladle or spoon 1 large pancake onto the heated pan.
As the cake sets (bubbles break), sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sugar onto the uncooked side.
Turn.
Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of fruit filling onto 1/2 the cooked side.
Wait 10 seconds.
Fold.
Turn twice.
Serve.

Hickory Smoked Brisket

Sprinkle beef with all salts and garlic powder.
Place in baking dish.
Pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over the meat and cover with foil.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning once.
