Quick Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    any commercial pancake mix
    2 cans fruit pie filling
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix the commercial pancake mix in a large bowl, using 1/4 to 1/8 cup more liquid than called for in the instructions.
    Grease a large cast-iron frypan with margarine or butter and set on medium heat.
    Ladle or spoon 1 large pancake onto the heated pan.
    As the cake sets (bubbles break), sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sugar onto the uncooked side.
    Turn.
    Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of fruit filling onto 1/2 the cooked side.
    Wait 10 seconds.
    Fold.
    Turn twice.
    Serve.
