This is my traditional Christmas coffee cake which I bake and give to special friends for their Christmas breakfast.
Line 9 x 13-inch dish with crescent rolls, pushing dough up sides of pan.
Blend sauteed sausage, cheese and 3 eggs together. Pour in sausage mixture; cover with second can of crescent rolls. Brush top of rolls with 1 egg.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Make a day ahead and refrigerate.
I prepare this on Christmas Eve and bake it Christmas morning.
This is one of my family favorites.
In a 9 x 9-inch pan (spray bottom lightly with Pam), layer bread and ham.
Mix eggs, milk and pepper.
Pour over bread and ham.
Top with cheese and pats of butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until set.

Crumble bread and mix with grated cheese.
Spread this mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch Pam sprayed pan. Beat eggs and milk together.
Add salt and pepper and mustard to this mixture.
Pour this mixture over the bread mixture.
Place bacon strips on top of this.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Christmas morning, bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
In a large baking dish, combine ham, bread, cheese, flour, mustard and butter.
Mix together the eggs, milk and 2 sauces. Pour over bread mixture.
Chill in refrigerator overnight and bake Christmas morning at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes.

Butter 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
In a large saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows over low heat, stirring constantly.
Stir in peanut butter until melted.
Stir in milk and breakfast drink. Remove from heat.
Fold in raisins and cereal stirring until evenly coated.
Turn into pan.
With buttered hands, pat evenly in pan.
Cool thoroughly.
Cut into bars.
Makes 1 dozen bars.

PLACE milk, Carnation Instant Breakfast, ginger and cinnamon in large mug; stir well.
Cut out picture from Christmas card, then with pinking shears, cut construction paper about 1/4 inch larger than the picture. Hold 2 pieces together and punch a hole in the top with hole punch.
Take approximately 4 inches of ribbon, double it over, put the looped end through punched hole and pull the two cut ends through the loop and tighten.
Tie tag to package.
These can be made from any size Christmas card.

CHRISTMAS PUDDING:
Mix all ingredients for the Christmas Pudding together well.
Put into 1-pound coffee cans or other cans that have been greased.
Put a piece of foil over the top securely.
Set cans in water and steam for 3 hours, watching that the water does not boil away.
Serve with Sherry Sauce on top of each piece.
SHERRY SAUCE:
Beat eggs well.
Put sugar and butter in a bowl and work with fingers.
Add the beaten eggs and then beat again with mixer.
Add the sherry and mix well.

In a double boiler, melt caramels, butter, and milk. Keep water in the bottom of pot to a minimum boil.
Dip one marshmallow into melted mix using a fork (or something sharp).
