Choco-Holic Brownies

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In small saucepan, melt butter.
Remove from heat.
Stir in Nestle Choco Bake.
Cool to room temperature.

Choco Bake Brownies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine brown sugar, butter and vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Add chocolate.
Beat in rest of ingredients.
Put in well greased 9x13 pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Line a buttered 9 x 13-inch serving dish with half the graham crackers.
Beat pudding mix and 3 1/2 cups milk in mixer bowl for 2 minutes.
Fold in whipped topping.
Layer half the pudding mixture, remaining graham crackers and remaining pudding mixture in prepared dish.
Chill for 2 hours.
Combine Choco-bake, corn syrup, vanilla and margarine in bowl; beat well.
Add confectioners sugar and 3 tablespoons milk alternately, beating well after each addition.

Combine and beat until creamy the sugar, shortening and egg. Stir in corn syrup and Nestle Choco-Bake.
Sift together and blend in gradually remaining ingredients.
Shape into balls (size of walnuts) and roll each in sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes on center rack of oven.
Let stand for a few minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
Bake 3 dozen 3-inch cookies.

Brownies

Melt margarine and Choco-Bake.
Add flour, sugar, vanilla and baking powder.
Add eggs and mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Raspberry Fudge Brownies

Cream together sugar, eggs, butter, Nestle Choco Bake and vanilla extract; beat until creamy.
Add flour, baking powder and soda, salt and mix well.
Add nuts.
Spread into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread while still hot a jar of raspberry preserves or fruit spread.
Let cool completely.

Devil'S Food Cake

Beat until creamy the sugar, oil and eggs.
Add Choco-bake. Add flour, soda and salt alternately with buttermilk and vanilla. Add 1 cup water; beat well.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and dry ingredients.
Stir in vanilla and Choco-Bake.
Add coconut and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Frost with Kim's Boiled Frosting.

Chocolate Pixies

Melt butter.
Mix Choco Bake into melted butter.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except the powdered sugar.
Chill dough for 30-45 minutes.
Shape dough into balls, then roll generously in powdered sugar.
Place cookies 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0F for 10 minutes, or until edges are set.
Remove from cookie sheet and let cool on flat surface.

In blender container, combine milk, Choco-bake and vanilla. Process at high speed until smooth, about 15 seconds.
Add ice cream, blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.

French Silk Pie

Mix butter and sugar together real well until creamy.
Add Choco Bake, 1 egg and vanilla; beat 5 minutes.
Add 1 egg; beat another 5 minutes.
Double usually.
Put in crust and cool for 1 to 2 hours.

3-Way Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

In a large bowl, blend sugar, butter, vanilla extract and desired amount of Nestle Choco-Bake.
Gradually beat in milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until frosting is smooth.
Makes 2 cups frosting.

Chocolate Silk Pie

Cream together margarine and sugar.
Blend in melted and cooled chocolate or the Choco-bake and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes after each at medium speed.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Chill.
At serving time, garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
Serves 8.

Texas Sheet Cake

Bring oleo, water, and Choco Bake to boil. Cool. Add sugar, flour, & salt. Add sour cream, eggs, & soda. After combining ingredients, pour into greased & floured 12x17 or 11x16 sheet pan. Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0. Start frosting 10 minutes after cake is in the oven.

Old Fashioned Brownies

In bowl, combine sugar, eggs, butter, Nestle Choco-bake and vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
Add nuts.
Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool; cut into 2-inch squares.
