Chipped Beef Cheese Ball

Mix together, 3/4 pkg. of chipped beef, (chopped) with cream cheese, onion, garlic powder and accent. Make into a ball and roll in reserved 1/4 pkg. chipped beef. Refrigerate until about 1/2 hour before serving. Serve with crackers.

Mix remaining ingredients.

Use green part too.
Mix into cream cheese with the worcestershire sauce until well incorporated and smooth.
Mold into a ball, or place in a crock.
Serve with assorted crackers.

Mix all together except one package of beef.
Either put beef around ball or roll in strips.

Form into a ball.
Sprinkle with paprika, and dried parsley flakes.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve with crackers.

Dried Beef Cheese Ball

Soften cream cheese; chop 3/4 of the chipped beef and green onions (small part of the green).
Mix all the rest of ingredients together and refrigerate until chilled.
Roll into 1 large ball or 2 to 3 smaller ones, then roll again in saved chipped beef to coat.
Refrigerate again.
