Set tofu in a bowl that will fit in a steamer basket, wok or deep wide pan; cover tofu.
Place on a rack over about 1-inch of boiling water in pan.
Cover and steam until hot, about 10 minutes.

Yield:
4 to 6 servings.
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Blend soft tofu in blender and combine with Jell-O mixture.
When cool, add Cool Whip and blend well.

Cut the silken tofu into 1/2 inch cubes
Place steamer in pot and fill pot only until water reaches bottom of steamer.
Place on stove and pour in cabbage and tofu, cover with water simmering.
Cook until desired tenderness is reached (I like my cabbage very soft and will cook for about 15 minutes).
When done, top with 3 teaspoons of soy sauce and mix.
