Tofu Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked graham cracker pie shell
    1 large (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O in 2 c. hot water
    1 block soft tofu
    8 oz. pkg. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
    Blend soft tofu in blender and combine with Jell-O mixture.
    When cool, add Cool Whip and blend well.
    Pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate until set.
    Top with blueberry pie filling or any other fruit.
