Chinese Mabo Tofu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. ground meat
4 oz. mixed vegetables
1 box Chinese Mabo tofu sauce
14 oz. tofu (soybean curd)
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Heat oil in a skillet or wok at medium heat.
Brown meat and add mixed vegetables.
Add Mabo tofu sauce and simmer.
After drained, gently stir in cubed tofu and simmer again.
