Soft Tofu With Chilli & Spring Onion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    250 g soft tofu, drained
    2 spring onions, thinly sliced
    2 tablespoons coriander, chopped
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    80 ml peanut oil
    1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
    serve with rice or steamed greens
Preparation
    Cut the tofu into cubes and put it on a heatproof plate.
    scatter the spring onion, chilli, corriander and soy sauce over the tofu.
    Put the oils into a small saucepan and heat until they are smoking.
    Then immediately pour the oils over the tofu.
