Sicilian Chicken Thighs (Crock Pot)

Put chicken thighs in crock pot.
Combine remaining ingredients; stir well.
Pour sauce over chicken and cook on low 6-8 hours or until done.
Serve with penne pasta, tossed salad and garlic bread.

Chicken In Crock-Pot

Place chicken in crock-pot.
Add vegetables.
Add salt, pepper, garlic and chicken broth; slow cook until tender.
Add rice and cook until rice is done.
This dish can be removed from crock-pot when done, placed in Pyrex dish and browned.

Pesto Alfredo Chicken Thighs (Crock Pot)

Place chicken thighs in slow cooker. Sprinkle with pepper, add cream cheese on top. In a small bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, water and basil, stirring well. Pour over chicken thighs, then pour frozen mixed veggies on top. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Serve over hot fettuccine noodles.

Thai Chicken Thighs (Crock Pot)

Place chicken thighs in slow cooker.
Combine stock, peanut butter, soy sauce, cilantro, lime juice, chile pepper and ginger; mix well and pour sauce over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork.
Serve garnished with chopped peanuts and additional fresh cilantro.

Mexican Chicken Burritos (Crock Pot)

Add broth, salsa and flour in crock pot, mixing well.
Add onion and garlic, stir together.
Place whole chicken in crock pot.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Remove chicken and shred meat with 2 forks, discard all bones and other unwanted parts.
Then run juice thru a blender to make a smooth liquid.
Return liquid to crock pot.
Add sour cream to juice in crock pot stirring well.
Add chicken pieces and let heat on low until ready to serve.
Heat beans and tortillas serve with cheese to make burritos.
Enjoy.

Crock Pot Lemon Chicken With Carrots

f 3-4 quart crock pot. Top with chicken thighs.

Crock Pot Jerked Chicken Sandwiches

Rub jerk seasoning generously over chicken thighs.
place pepper and onion in bottom of crock pot.
Place chicken over vegetables.
In a small bowl, combine broth and ketchup; mix well.
Pour broth mixture over chicken.
Cover; cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Remove chicken from crock pot and shred.
Return to crock pot and mix well.
With a slotted spoon place chicken mixture into buns.

Greek Crock Pot Chicken Thighs

Combine chicken and flour; toss to coat evenly.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; brown chicken until golden. (Note: I actually did this step in the crock pot, as my crock pot has a rice cooker function that gets hot enough to brown.).
Place browned chicken in crock pot. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on low heat setting up to 8 hours or 4 - 5 hours on high.

Crock Pot Ranch Chicken Stew

Spray cook pot with Pam.
Place chicken thighs on bottom.
Top with mushrooms.
Sprinkle contents of both seasoning packets over the chicken.
Pour water over top of all.
Cover, turn on high, and cook for about 4 hours.
Remove chicken from crock pot, remove bones and return to pot (mine just fell off the bone and I just fished the bones out :)).
Turn crock pot to low, add rice and frozen peas and cook for about another 30 min or so until heated through.
Enjoy with a slice of good bread to sop up the juices!

Crock Pot Indonesian Chicken

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and cayenne pepper.
Place chicken pieces in a crock pot.
Spoon sauce mixture over top of the chicken.
Cover and cook on low heat setting about 7 hours or until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
The chicken should start to shred easily.
Remove chicken from crock pot and stir peanut butter into juices until smooth.
Spoon sauce over chicken and serve with rice.

Crock Pot Chicken Ras El Hanout

Place tomato paste and chicken broth in crock pot. Stir to mix.
Place chicken in crock pot.
Sprinkle all chicken with Ras el Hanout (be generous).
Add remaining ingredients.
Set crock pot on low for 4 hours.
Stir to distribute spices.
Set crock pot on high for 2-4 hours.

Chicken Marengo (Crock Pot)

Combine wine and spaghetti sauce mix in crock pot.
Add chicken thighs, stirring to somewhat coat.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on auto for 4-5 hours.
Turn crock pot to high.
Add tomatoes, cut into eighths, and mushrooms, whole or sliced.
If gravy is thinner than you would like it, add cornstarch mixed with a little cold water.
Cook on high 30-40 minutes.
This is very good served over noodles or with mashed potatoes.

Cheesy Salsa Chicken - Crock Pot

Place chicken in crock pot.
Stir together soup and salsa and pour over top of chicken.
Set crock pot on high for 4 hours.
Serve with rice or noodles.

Slow Cooked Madras Chicken Curry (Crock Pot)

Crock Pot Saucy Chicken Thighs

Place chicken in crock pot and add salt and pepper.
Combine barbecue sauce, honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce and pour over chicken.
Stir to coat.
Cook on low 4-6 hours.

Light Crock Pot Chicken Curry

Rinse and pat chicken. Place in crock pot.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together then place over the chicken in crock pot, or toss.
Cook on high 4-5 hours.

Balsamic Chicken For Crock Pot

Put the first 7 ingredients in a crock pot and cook for 4-5 hours on LOW.
Cook the rice or pasta separately.
When chicken is done, remove the bones and skin and throw them away.
Put either rice or pasta in a bowl and then ladle the Balsamic Chicken on top with some of the liquid from the crock pot.

Chicken Cacciatore (Crock Pot)

Clean any unwanted fat from chicken pieces.
Add all ingredients to crock pot, mix well, making sure chicken is covered.
Cover and cook for 7 to 9 hours.
Serve over pasta, or for a delicious change try mashed potatoes.
Add a green salad.
It's dinner!

Crock Pot Tasty Tomato Chicken

Put chicken into crock pot, remove any skin first.
Pour 1 jar of sauce over chicken.
Cook 6-8 hours cooking time.
Optional: At the last hour of cooking time, sprinkle Uncle Ben's converted rice on top.
