Chicken In Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pieces chicken (thighs, legs or breasts), skinned
    sliced carrots as desired
    sliced potatoes as desired
    sliced onion as desired
    sliced peppers as desired
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. rice
Preparation
    Place chicken in crock-pot.
    Add vegetables.
    Add salt, pepper, garlic and chicken broth; slow cook until tender.
    Add rice and cook until rice is done.
    This dish can be removed from crock-pot when done, placed in Pyrex dish and browned.
