For the crock pot/slow cooker method; in a Dutch oven
Mix all ingredients in crock-pot slow cooker.
Cook 4 hours on low or until rice is done.

In a crock pot (slow cooker), mix the beans (with their liquid), salsa, chicken broth, corn, cumin and Rotel tomatoes.
Then take the casing off the sausages and break into bite-sized pieces and put into the crock pot.
Cook on low for 5 hours.
Let cool for about 20 minutes, then add salt and Tabasco sauce to taste.
Serve in bowls with avocado, a dollop of sour cream and cilantro to garnish on top.

In a large skillet, saute' chicken and onion in oil for 5 minutes or until the chicken is browned.
Transfer to a 5-qt. crock pot/slow cooker.

Broil 4 to 5-inches away from the heat for 20 minutes, turning once during the middle of broiling.
Transfer wings to the crock-pot slow cooker.
DO NOT use quick cooking or instant rice.
Combine broth, chicken (cut into bite size pieces), water, celery, carrots, rice and enclosed seasoning packet, onion, pepper and parsley flakes in a 4 to 7 quart Crock Pot slow cooker; mix well.
Cover; cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours, or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours, or until chicken is tender.
Stir in vinegar, if desired.
mix cans of soup in crock pot/ slow cooker.
add chicken breasts to soup, mix until well covered.
cook on low for 6-8 hours.
boil brown rice.
pour chicken and soup over cooked rice.
serve and enjoy!

Heat olive oil in saute pan over medium heat. Add the corn, red pepper, and onions. Saute the vegetables until they are tender and lightly browned, about 7-8 minutes.
Transfer sauted vegetables to slow cooker. Add the green onions, broth, potatoes, salt and pepper, and stir to combine. Cover and cook on Low for 7-9 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
Thirty minutes prior to serving, add the milk and blend well. Garnish with parsley to serve.
Mix chicken, carrots, broth, ginger root, brown sugar, soy sauce, allspice and pepper sauce in a 4-5 quart crock pot, slow cooker Cover and cook on low heat setting 7-9 hours or until veggies are tender and chicken is no longer pink in centre.
Mix cornstarch and reserved pineapple juice, gradually stir into chicken mixture.
Stir in pineapple and bell pepper.
Cover and cook on high heat setting about 15 minutes longer or until slightly thickened and bubbly.

Put the chicken into your crock pot or dutch oven.
Sprinkle with rosemary leaves and garlic slivers.
Pour a little wine into the cavity and the rest into the bottom on the pot.
Cook 6-8 hours in the crock pot on low or 3-4 hours at 300\u00b0F in the Dutch oven.
Tip -- you may brown the chicken in olive oil first for a prettier bird, but since I remove the skin before serving I don't bother.

Place chicken in greased crock pot.
Top the chicken with onions, lemon pepper and oregano.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
10 minutes before serving, remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
It should just fall apart.
Put the shredded meat back into the pot.
Stir in the yogurt.
To make the sandwich, split open your pita bread and spoon the chicken inside.
This would be wonderful with some sliced tomatoes and cucumbers and some hummus on the side.

In skillet, saute chicken in Italian salad dressing over medium heat.
Mix rice, tomatoes, wine, seasonings and Brussels sprouts in crock-pot.
Top with chicken. Cover.
Cook on low for 4 to 8 hours.
