Crock Pot Chicken Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch
    1 cup chopped onion, diced
    3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans or (15 ounce) can white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with mild green chilies, undrained
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1/2 teaspoon celery salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute' chicken and onion in oil for 5 minutes or until the chicken is browned.
    Transfer to a 5-qt. crock pot/slow cooker.
    Stir in the beans, tomatoes, corn and seasonings.
    Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 5 hours or until the chicken is no longer pink.
    Garnish with sour cream and cheese, if desired.
