Cook broccoli and rice as
Cut chicken breast into strips.
Saute garlic and chicken strips in butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until lightly browned.
Place broccoli in bottom of 2-quart casserole.
Lay chicken strips over broccoli.
Top chicken with diced ham and then swiss cheese.
In small bowl combine soup and wine and pour over chicken mixture in casserole.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place in a preheated 350 degree oven, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
Cut up chicken into small pieces and cook
Bring chicken to a boil with salt,
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil chicken until cooked and cut into small pieces.
In the meantime, steam or cook broccoli until tender/crisp.
Mix together soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl, and set aside.
In an 8x8 inch baking dish, layer the chicken, broccoli and soup mixture.
Splash the white wine over the soup for taste.
Add the shredded cheese, and then sprinkle the stuffing mix over the top.
Bake for 25- 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.

To freeze: Divide into four ziptop freezer bags and seal tightly. Freeze flat.
To serve: Thaw overnight (or for 8 hours) in the refrigerator. Dump into a greased casserole dish (each bag will fill an 8x8-inch pan; two bags will fill a 9x13-inch pan). Sprinkle with additional shredded cheese, if desired.

Stir and serve.

Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 3/4

Cook broccoli according to package in salted water.
Drain, saving 2/3 cup water for later (or add water to equal 2/3 cup).
Put broccoli in bottom of 1-1/2- 2quart casserole.
In pan, melt 1/2 cup butter, blend in flour and chicken cubes stirring to make smooth paste.
Add milk, and cheese until smooth.
Pour over broccoli.
Mix the 2/3 cup water and 6 Tbsp melted butter together, pour over about 2 cups croutons, mix lightly with broccoli in casserole, cover.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle Pepperidge Farm dressing over this about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in preheated oven.
Mix curry sauce - mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, curry powder and lemon juice.
Brown diced chicken breasts with chopped onions.
Layer all ingredients in a casserole dish.
Layer 1 - chicken and onions.
Layer 2 - broccoli.
Layer 3 - water chestnuts.
Layer 4 - curry sauce.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F with lid on.
Add layer of grated cheese.
Cover with croutons.
Bake for additional 10 minutes (no lid).
Cook chicken and let
it cool in the broth.
When cool, remove from the bone.
Thaw
broccoli.
Stir undiluted soup to blend.
In a
greased
casserole, layer the chicken, broccoli, soup and Parmesan cheese.
Make
2 layers.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cook broccoli according to the package directions.
Stew and cut up chicken.
In a separate bowl mix soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Alternate layers of chicken, broccoli and soup in casserole dish.
Cover with grated cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
