Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken
    10 oz. chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small box Velveeta cheese
    2 1/2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Boil chicken in water so you will have about 4 1/2 to 5 cups broth. Take chicken out when cooked.
    Cook rice in broth.
    Cook broccoli until tender in a large casserole.
    Combine soups, cheese (diced), broccoli, rice and chicken (diced) in casserole
    dish. Bake 30 minutes in oven at 350\u00b0 or 15 minutes in microwave or until cheese is melted.
    Stir and serve.
