Chicken Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small fry or 6 to 8 breasts, bone removed
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sharp or medium Cheddar cheese, grated
    2/3 c. herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    Boil chicken; remove from bone.
    Cut into bite-size pieces. Cook broccoli by package directions.
    Layer chicken and broccoli in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Combine broth, mayonnaise, juice, salt, pepper and soup.
    Pour over chicken and broccoli. Cover with cheese; top with stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 30 minutes or unti hot.
    Serves 8 to 10.
