R THE CHICKEN BROTH: Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring
Bring broth OR water and bouillon to a boil in
ir the water, cream of chicken and mushroom soup, and cream of mushroom soup into a large slow
In a small roaster, sprayed with Pam, put in chicken and mushroom soup.
Mix well rice and water.
Put in bottom of roaster.
Remove skim from chicken thighs or drumsticks, then put chicken pieces on top of rice mixture in the roaster.
Chop onion, mushrooms and garlic and place in slow cooker.
Mix together cream cheese, Chicken and Mushroom soup, 1tsp of Olive Oil, Italian Garlic Seasoning (as much as you like), salt and pepper in a separate bowl. Mixture will be lumpy.
Combine mixture with the ingredients in the slow cooker.
Put chicken in the mixture (you can put it on top or inside the mixture).
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Saute celery and onion in oleo; pour onion and celery mixture over crumbled corn bread.
Add poultry seasoning and garlic, then add undiluted chicken and rice soup; mix well and add egg.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until edges are brown.
Bake pieces of broiler chicken on top, if desired.

Saute mushrooms and onion in butter until tender.
Add chicken, mushroom soup, milk and noodles.
Simmer slowly for 30 minutes.
Add more milk if the soup becomes too thick.

In skillet, use 1 tablespoon oleo to cook chicken for 10 minutes or until browned.
Remove chicken and add other 1 tablespoon of oleo to cook broccoli and mushrooms until tender, stirring often.
Add soup, milk and mustard.
Heat to boiling and then add chicken again.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Goes good with noodles.
Boil spaghetti.
Boil chicken and onion.
Combine soup, mushrooms and broth from chicken.
Layer dish with spaghetti, cheese and mushroom soup mix.
Heat in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Prepare rice according to directions.
Saute onions and celery in margarine until onion is soft.
Add mushrooms, pimento, chicken and mushroom soup.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Mix cooked rice with other ingredients and put in baking dish.
Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Place chicken in large casserole dish.
Cover chicken with soup.
Cover dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until chicken is done.
Serve over cooked white rice.
