Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (not instant)
    1 fryer or legs and thighs
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 cans water
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Spread rice over bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place chicken over rice, skin side up.
    Mix the chicken and mushroom soup and water and pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
    Seal with foil.
    Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 325\u00b0.
