No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chicken and mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice
    1 c. water
    4 or 6 chicken thighs or drumsticks
    1 pkg. dried onion soup (if desired)
Preparation
    In a small roaster, sprayed with Pam, put in chicken and mushroom soup.
    Mix well rice and water.
    Put in bottom of roaster.
    Remove skim from chicken thighs or drumsticks, then put chicken pieces on top of rice mixture in the roaster.
