Avocado Jalapeno Relish: In a medium bowl, mix all relish ingredients but the lime

Put 1 tsp of cream cheese in center of frito scoop place 1 to 2 candied jalapenos (depending on size) and serve.

In 13 x 9-inch pan, line the bottom with Tostitos chips.

Add tomatoes and onion.
Simmer and drain off grease.
Melt Velveeta cheese in double boiler and stir in hamburger mixture.
Add hot jalapeno relish, 1 tablespoon at a time, until hot enough for taste.

Combine the tomatoes, green

Brown and crumble hamburg or ground turkey.
Saute peppers and onions in 1 teaspoon oil, separately from meat, until tender.
Mix all ingredients (except jalapeno relish) in a pot or crock-pot and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Add jalapeno relish, 1/4 jar at a time, to taste.
