To make \"real\" buffalo chips, each cookie should be made from 1/4 cup cookie dough, or they can be made in smaller version.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.

Cream the sugars, oleo, eggs and vanilla.
Sift and add dry ingredients, adding to creamed mixture.
Add the remainder of ingredients.
Drop by large tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Makes a huge amount, but recipe is easily cut in half.

Buffalo Chips (Cookies)

You will need a very large mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients together. Make any size cookie you wish. In order to have a 2 1/2 to 3-inch diameter cookie, drop the cookie dough between the size of a ping pong ball and gold ball. (I am able to get 15 cookies per cookie sheet.) Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 12 minutes; 15 minutes if you make a larger cookie. I usually get about 120 cookies per recipe.

Cream together sugar and margarine.
Beat eggs and vanilla. In a bowl (on the side) sift flour, baking powder and soda.
Add eggs to creamed sugar.
Stir in flour and then fold in other ingredients.
Use 1 tablespoon scoop for each Buffalo Chip on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.

Blend the first 3 ingredients together and add the eggs, vanilla, oatmeal and Post Toasties. Sift together and add the flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Stir in the chocolate chips and pecan halves (optional).
Use ice cream scoop to put dough onto large cookie sheet (6 to sheet).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 minutes.

Sift salt, flour, soda and baking powder.
Add to bowl.
Mix well. Stir in oats, cornflakes, chocolate chips, pecans and coconut. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cookies will be soft and chewy if you don't bake them until brown.
Makes 36 big cookies.

Buffalo Chips(Cookies)

Cream together oleo, shortening, brown sugar and sugar.
Add eggs, flour, baking powder, vanilla and baking soda.
Mix in oatmeal, corn flakes, chocolate chips, dates, coconut, nuts and raisins.
Use ice cream scoop or 1/4 cup to drop six cookies to cookie sheet.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 40 large cookies.

Buffalo Chips

Blend butter, eggs, sugars and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
In another bowl mix together flour, baking powder, and baking soda; then blend these into the egg/sugar mixture.
One at a time, add the oatmeal, cornflakes, nuts, coconut, and chips, stirring frequently to make sure all are blended.
Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Cream brown sugar, white sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Sift and add flour, soda and baking powder. Blend oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chips, cornflakes and M&M's. Drop by 1/4 cup measuring cup.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.

Buffalo Chips(Chocolate Chip Cookies)

Blend oleo, brown sugar and white sugar together.
Stir in eggs (be sure oleo is cooled), vanilla, oats and corn flakes.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda and baking powder. Gradually add flour mixture to other ingredients.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts and mix well.
Use an ice cream scoop to put dough on a very large cookie sheet, about 6 cookies to a sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 on top rack.
Makes about 36 cookies.

In bowl, stir flour, brown sugar, baking powder, soda and salt and add to oleo mixture.
Fold in corn flakes, chocolate chips, coconut and pecans.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.

Texas Buffalo Chips

Combine butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
After butter is cooled mix in eggs, vanilla, oatmeal, and corn flakes.
Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and add to mixture. Then add pecans and chocolate chips.
Drop by ice cream scoop onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.

Buffalo Chips Cookies

In a large bowl, combine melted oleo and Crisco, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Mix well.
Combine and add to mixture flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Mix well.
Now, stir in oatmeal, Rice Krispies, chocolate chips, coconut and nuts. Drop by 1/4 cup on large cookie sheet (6 to a sheet).
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen.

Melt chocolate chips. Add milk, vanilla, nuts and crumbs. Stir until well mixed.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
They burn easily, so watch carefully!

Add to bowl; mix well.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cookies will be soft and chewy if you don't bake until brown. Makes about 36 very large cookies.

Buffalo Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and shortening.
Add sugars, vanilla, and eggs. Mix well.
Stir in oats, flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
When well-blended, stir in coconut, pecans, Rice Krispies, and chocolate chips.
When batter is thoroughly mixed, measure 1/4 C for each cookie on a large ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges are golden. For a crisper cookie, bake 12 to 15 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool slightly on baking sheet before removing.
