Ingredients

2 c. melted butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. quick cook oats
2 c. corn flakes
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Using a large bowl, blend butter and sugars.
Stir in eggs and vanilla.
Sift salt, flour, soda and baking powder together.
Add to bowl; mix well.
Stir in oats, corn flakes, chocolate chips, pecans and coconut.
Use an ice cream scoop to place 6 cookies on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cookies will be soft and chewy if you don't bake until brown. Makes about 36 very large cookies.
