Cook broccoli and onion together for 5 minutes.
In saucepan, melt butter or margarine and mix in flour, salt, pepper and milk. Cook and stir until bubbly.
Blend in cream cheese until smooth. Place broccoli and onion mix in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Pour cream cheese mixture on top of broccoli.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes. (This is my favorite of all broccoli casseroles.)
Lightly grease 2 (2-quart) shallow baking dishes or 8-inch square pans.
Whisk undiluted soups, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in medium size bowl until well blended.
Put 1/2 of the broccoli in each pan.
Top with 1/2 of the chicken.
Pour soup mixture over each; spread to cover.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until lightly brown.
Scatter onions over top.
Bake 5 to 7 minutes more until onions are lightly brown.
Butter 4 individual casseroles.
Add a few grains of nutmeg to the white sauce, then add the broccoli and mix carefully so as not to break the vegetable.
Divide the creamed broccoli evenly between the 4 casseroles.
Press 2 deviled egg halves in the top of each, pushing the eggs well down so that only the golden yolks show.
Heat at 325\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
Eggs are delicious with broccoli.
Line two Corningware casseroles, 21/2 and 3 qt,
Cook broccoli according to package; drain well.
In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender, but not brown.
In large bowl, stir together soups, milk and cheese.
Add broccoli, onion, ham, uncooked rice and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
Divide between 2 (2 1/2-quart) casseroles.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 until rice is done, 45 to 50 minutes.
Garnish each with a sprig of watercress if desired.
Makes two casseroles.

Put frozen broccoli into separate freezer bag.
Put cooked broccoli in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Mix onion with chicken and put on top of broccoli.
Mix mayonnaise, soup and lemon juice.
Put on top of chicken.
Prepare stuffing mix as directed.
Put on top of soup.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. During the last 5 to 10 minutes, add cheese.
Serves 8 to 10.
May be divided into 2 small casseroles.
Freeze one.
Boil chicken and debone it.
Cook rice along with celery and onion until rice is cooked.
Line casserole dish with chicken. Cook broccoli in boxes in microwave.
Mix broccoli and rest of ingredients together.
Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Makes 2 casseroles.

Blend in large bowl the cheese, soup and milk. Cook onion in butter until tender.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.

Add onions and celery, then spread soup over top of all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. May be frozen after cooking or before cooking.

This recipe can be doubled, tripled, etc., just as long as you have a pan big enough to cook it in.
Increase baking time when making additional recipes.
Cook 2 cups rice and set aside.
Cook 2 packages frozen broccoli and drain.
Mix remaining ingredients with broccoli and rice.
Put in 2 casseroles and bake until hot.
Saute onions in butter.
Add broccoli and cook until tender. Add mushroom soup, cheese, mushrooms and 3/4 cup almonds.
Pour in largest casserole available or in 2 casseroles.
Sprinkle rest of almonds and bread crumbs on top.
Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
Serves 18.

Combine onion, soup, mushrooms, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, almonds and broccoli.
Mix well.
Spoon into two lightly greased 2-quart casseroles.
Combine stuffing mix and 1/2 cup oleo; spoon over broccoli mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.

Pour into two casserole dishes and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
(I usually use more cheese on top that it calls for, just cover the casserole.)
Makes two 2-quart casseroles.
