Broccoli-Rice-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 jars or 24 oz. American cheese
    3 pkg. chopped broccoli
    12 servings rice
    1 c. onion
    1 c. celery
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook and season rice and broccoli. Cut up cheese or spread in bottom of pan.
    Add rice, then broccoli.
    Add onions and celery, then spread soup over top of all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. May be frozen after cooking or before cooking.
    Makes 2 large casseroles.
