Two Chicken - Broccoli Casseroles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. mayonnaise or milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    1 (20 oz.) bag frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained well
    3 lb. cooked chicken, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
    1 c. coarsely shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
    1 can French fried onions (2.8 oz.)
Preparation
    Lightly grease 2 (2-quart) shallow baking dishes or 8-inch square pans.
    Whisk undiluted soups, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in medium size bowl until well blended.
    Put 1/2 of the broccoli in each pan.
    Top with 1/2 of the chicken.
    Pour soup mixture over each; spread to cover.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until lightly brown.
    Scatter onions over top.
    Bake 5 to 7 minutes more until onions are lightly brown.
