Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. melted butter, divided
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 oz. each)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
    4 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing (may use 1/2 c. rice)
Preparation
    Saute onion in 1/2 cup butter until tender.
    Combine onion, soup, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, almonds and broccoli.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into 2 lightly greased 2-quart casseroles.
    Combine stuffing mix and 1/2 cup butter.
    Spoon over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
