Breakfast Bar

Mix first 2 ingredients (mixture will be dry).
Add raisins. Add oatmeal or rice cereal.
To mixture, add cold water, enough to make dry paste.
Form into bars on waxed paper; refrigerate (can be frozen).
One breakfast bar equals 1 protein (meat), 1 milk, 1 fat, 1 fruit and 1 bread.

Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Shake

In a blender, combine milk, instant breakfast mix, peanut butter, bananas and ice. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve immediately.

Coca Mocha Milk Shake

Place coffee, ice cream and Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Fruit-N-Juice Breakfast Shake

Break banana into small pieces and put in blender with other ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Divide shake between 2 glasses and serve immediately.

Fuzzy Navel Shake

Place juice, peaches, banana, yogurt and Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Chocolate Oatmeal Shake

Combine oats and water in a microwaveable bowl; microwave on high for 1 1/2-2 minutes. Stir and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
Place milk, Carnation Breakfast Essentials(R) powder drink mix, cooled oats and ice in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour in a tall glass and enjoy!

Fruit 'N' Juice Breakfast Shake

Break banana into small pieces and put in the blender with pineapple juice, yogurt and strawberries.
Secure lid and blend until smooth.
Divide shake between two glasses and serve immediately.

Combine all ingredients in food processor.
Mix on blend to milk-shake consistency.
Drink immediately.

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

Break banana into small pieces and put into the blender with pineapple juice, yogurt and strawberries. Secure lid and blend until smooth. Divide shake between 2 glasses and serve immediately.

Banana Breakfast Shake

Place all ingredients in blender.
Cover and turn to high speed.
Blend for 45 seconds, or until creamy and smooth.
To serve, pour into tall glass.
Yield:
1 shake.

Fruit Shake

Put all ingredients in blender and mix until fully blended. This refreshing breakfast shake can be made with bananas, strawberries, peaches, cantaloupe or just about any fruit that you enjoy.
Be sure to freeze fruit the night before.

Banana Walnut Breakfast Shake

Add above ingredients in to a blender. Blend till all are combined and the shake is nice and smooth. Enjoy!

Breakfast Bars

Butter 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
In a large saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows over low heat, stirring constantly.
Stir in peanut butter until melted.
Stir in milk and breakfast drink. Remove from heat.
Fold in raisins and cereal stirring until evenly coated.
Turn into pan.
With buttered hands, pat evenly in pan.
Cool thoroughly.
Cut into bars.
Makes 1 dozen bars.
