Fruit Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 whole banana, peeled, cut into about 8 pieces and freeze the night before
2 packets sweetener or 4 tsp. sugar
cinnamon or nutmeg to taste
Preparation

Put all ingredients in blender and mix until fully blended. This refreshing breakfast shake can be made with bananas, strawberries, peaches, cantaloupe or just about any fruit that you enjoy.
Be sure to freeze fruit the night before.
