Fruit-N-Juice Breakfast Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 very ripe banana
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1/2 c. strawberries, stems removed and rinsed
Preparation
    Break banana into small pieces and put in blender with other ingredients.
    Blend until smooth.
    Divide shake between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
